Let Us Care For You
Our years of experience in the care profession has convinced us that people want to stay in their own homes – particularly as they get older.
Deeper Care Solutions Ltd offers the care and support needed to allow people to live fulfilled lives in the comfort of their own familiar surrounding.
Staying at home with treasured memories is the choice that we believe everyone should have and our aim is to make this possible.
We offer many different types of care and support for adults of all ages. This includes care services for older people and people living with dementia, and support for adults with a range of different disabilities and conditions.
Domiciliary Care (also known as Home Care or Visiting care) can be a perfect solution for people who want to remain independent in their own homes, but need a bit of extra help to stay comfortable. This can be occasional or every day, and domiciliary care is our most flexible option. Our carers understand what it means to our service users to continue with their usual lifestyle in familiar surroundings for as long as they can.
Depending on what you or your loved one needs, a home carer can help with everything from bathing and dressing to domestic chores or activities such as laundry and cooking. A visiting carer is a practical and preferable alternative to residential care for most people, helping to retain independence at home.
For Domiciliary Care Service, Our main objectives are:
To provide a range of support services which are flexible, supportive and sensibly priced enough to enable those in need of individual support to remain living in their own homes and retain links with the wider community.
To provide choices and ensure that personal needs are met promptly, efficiently and sensitively.
To work in partnership with the individuals, their family and other agencies, to ensure their needs are sensitively and competently met and quality of life improved.
To ensure that the working relationship between individuals receiving our service, the family and their carer is based on our belief in providing a quality service which is open, honest and reliable.
To protect all people receiving our service from abuse or neglect
The type of care we offer
We can arrange care for service users who may need help and support, such as:
- Older people who need some help with getting up in the morning, or going to bed.
- Couples who would like some assistance for their partner such as keeping on top of household chores.
- People who are physically disabled and who need assistance with the things that their disability prevents them from doing entirely by themselves.
- People who have fairly constant care needs but do not wish to go into residential care frequently choose our Live-in Care Service.
- Sometimes when someone has been discharged from hospital after illness or an operation, they will contact us for short term help until they are feeling fit enough to regain their old lifestyle.
- We provide respite care - a service for people who rely on a relative or friend for most of their care but would like to give that person a break from time to time.
- Many people prefer some time out from home and would like someone to take them out for a couple of hours or for a day’s shopping.
- Sometimes a weekly pampering session appeals to both young and old alike - with the chance to distress and increase well being.
We believe that a major part of fulfilment depends on being supported and remaining
comfortable at home. We assist by helping to keep home that special place. Part of
our mission is to provide the tender, loving care and support that makes your house
a home. We provide an extensive range of tailor made home help services to suit
our clients.

Paying for your care
Deeper Care Solutions Ltd can offer a number of ways of paying for your care:
Private Care
This is where an individual arranges and pays for their care themselves, there is no involvement from social services.
Social Services
It could be that you are referred to Deeper Care Solutions Ltd by your local authority Social Services departments, in this case you will be “means tested”, you will not receive a bill from Deeper Care but from the local authority.
Direct payment
Direct payments are “means tested” cash payments made to individuals assessed as needing support in place of social services provision. Councils may make direct payments only with the consent of the person concerned, or for disabled children aged under 16, (with the consent of a person with parental responsibility). Since April 2003, local councils have had a duty to make direct payments to people who can consent to use them. Department of Health guidance says that direct payments should be discussed as a first option with everyone, at each assessment and at each review.
Individual budget
Unlike direct payments, (which only use money from a local authority social care budget), individual budgets combine resources from different funding streams to which a person is entitled:
- Local authority social care
- Integrated community equipment services
- Disabled Facilities Grants
- Supporting people for housing-related support
- Access to Work
- Independent Living Fund
Individual budgets are designed to give people choice and control over how they receive their care package. They can be in the form of a direct payment, or services commissioned by the local authority or a broker who manages the budget on an individual’s behalf, or a combination of both. The money can be spent on any product or service that achieves the outcome specified in the care plan. The local authority still retains the primary responsibility for ensuring the appropriate range of support is available.
