Domiciliary Care is the ideal flexible solution to support independent living and avoiding residential care. As needs change and develop, visits can be stepped up or reduced to suit the individual service user’ needs.

Recruitment

Training
- At DCS Ltd we firmly believe that having a confident workforce leads to high standards of care
- All staff have a ‘Skills for Care’ course, an annually updated Moving & Handling Course, Medication, Safeguarding Adults, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety incorporating Infection Control, Fire Safety and lone working. Other courses are available as needed to meet the needs of the service users.
- All staff have either achieved or are working towards NVQ Level 2 Care qualifications.
